Seaman & Sons Builders is proudly headquartered in beautiful Southampton, Ontario. Our story began in 1954, when Allen Seaman set out to build homes that represented quality, craftsmanship, and trust. The company has grown from its first project at Gould Lake to become a cornerstone of custom home building in the Grey Bruce region.
Now under the leadership of Derek Seaman, the third generation, we maintain our deep-rooted passion for building homes and our community. The legacy of Seaman & Sons is built on a foundation of family, commitment, and a drive for innovation in every project, from custom homes to Net Zero energy-efficient builds.
